A dedicated game editor would be preferable but it's probably not a practical solution because it would take more time to develop than the game itself. I just use textures/mymap/ for all my textures including the textures for models and models/mymap for all my models. I don*t include the latter folder in my pk3. Nice and simple.

It doesn't matter where the model is. The model just needs to specify where the textures are via the material name. In radiant you import the model from wherever it is and the model gets the textures. During the compile the model gets baked into the bsp file and you don't need to include the model i...
