Re: An interesting discussion on UrT.info site
Delirium: I believe the proper term would be “kr0m’d”.

Re: Fenix is here but will there be improvements
Aha… let’s pretend it was an accident and see what the response (if any) would be. (Signed, a concerned UrTizen.)

Re: Hint blackout
Are you sure you have the skip shader at all? When I first tried it, I ran into an odd problem — a large horizontal hint (à la Casa) caused the map to be pitch black. Turned out that even though I could select skip in the Radiant texture menu, the actual shader was missing, resulting in skip-covered...

Tharsia KO, my knockout map
Although currently called alpha 3 it’s pretty much complete, I just need to add a single model and change some surfacesounds. You can download it from the CMM storage (14 MB). Bot support is included, so try it out and post here to tell me how unbelievably awesome gameplay I’ve created. Tharsia KO i...

Re: Tharsia KO, my knockout map
xandaxs: More specific suggestions? I put the spawns in what I felt were the most natural places, as much out of the way as possible, only two of them I think are kinda “open”. Might be the author’s bias though, can’t see the flaws of your own creation…

Re: Flipping a texture?
Open the surface inspector (S) and put a minus before the horizontal or vertical stretch value (or remove it).
(Oh my, that’s quite the number of posts made while I was taking the screenshot.)

Re: Flipping a texture?
That’s definitely something that shouldn’t happen, the surface inspector should stay open until you close it. Can you change the stretch values by clicking on the arrow buttons? What Radiant and which version are you using?

Re: Tharsia KO, my knockout map
Yesterday someone from UTSC asked whether they could use this map for their own knockout this Saturday. Since it was built specifically for Urban Zone I thought that maybe they’d want to keep it for themselves until it has been played. However… Nov 07 16:32:32 <eya_allam> we can share :) Nov 07 16:3...

Re: Flipping a texture?
OK, this is still not a proper solution, but: • After you’ve changed the stretch, hitting “Fit” should fit the texture but keep the negative value(s) negative • You can disable texture lock (padlock button, or Shift+T in my Radiant), rotate the brush 180° around the Z axis, re-enable texture lock an...

Release thread on the official forum. ut4_tharsia_ko_b1 (current) ut4_tharsia_ko_a3 ut4_hugo_a2 ut4_hugo_a1 (SpeedyShare link; since this site has confused several people, I’d better point out that the download link is at the very top of the page) The BSP, the raw MAP file (included in the PK3) and...
