I have imported the map into blender and fixed it up a bit. Ill uploade it later to day so you can have a look. Its just walls and floors. The layout has a theme aswell; old, abandoned labrathory. Could possibly add a few elements to scare the players. At leest for single player.

Right, i guess ill play with the layout this weekend and see if i can turn it into something we can work with? if that sounds alright?

As far as i know it's the full verson with just the license terms.
Worst case senario is i juse Blender and that is not bad at all so it will be alright
