Custom Map Makers

Hey guys, So being new at this mapping thing i have no idea where to start when it comes to water. I am looking to create a water texture that has a glacier blue hue. Not necessarily fancy water with reflections etc, but something that is better than a clear water texture. from what i can gather from reading, i want a glacier blue water fog, however how to create that is not explained anywhere that i can find.

hahaha i figured it out. I was able to use fancywater but it wasnt working for me because i only had the vanilla 4.1 installed. I wasnt seeing the fancywater and it was super confusing. HOWEVER i installed the bumpy build and now it works great! so all is well lol!
