surfaceparm noimpact problem

hi, i have a problem with the lightning:

textures/noimpact/noimpact
{
surfaceparm noimpact
{
map textures/noimpact/noimpact.tga
}
}


it doesnt not affect with the map lightning or any other lights.
is it possible to fix that?

add it to the lightmap stage too. ATI users won't whine then :D
