Oh, sorry for double posting but I just got NetRadiant working.
1. Download NetRadiant (2nd link in the attachments): [url="http://sites.google.com/site/peyoteet/mapres/netradiant"]http://sites.google....pres/netradiant[/url] and drag NetRadiant to your Application folder.
2. Download this: [url="http://www.esnips.com/doc/3da5f9ed-d611-4d48-9f17-13fb093501e1/UrTPackv2"]UrTPackv2[/url]
3. Unzip UrTPackv2 and you see two folders: Netradiant and q3ut4
4. Now move the content of the Netradiant folder into /Applications/Netradiant/Contents/MacOS/install/
5. drag the content of the q3ut4 folder your UrbanTerror q3ut4 folder
6. Open NetRadiant: File -> Project settings -> Custom QIII Modification; fs_game: q3ut4
That's how I got NetRadiant working in MacOS 10.6.4 and I hope I could help you
