you can add directly .obj models to radiant without converting them. never tried this anyway.

Yes, I know that. But Urban Terror can't read this file format.
However, thank you for the advice to use Biturn. I imported the model in Blender, exported it into .3ds and coverted it to .ase with Biturn. It works perfectly. :)
