Custom Map Makers

hi guys
i asked a question on urt jumps that how to install urt map maker and i got some answers. and i download
GTK Radiant and i install it but it didn't work .. when i double click on application it lunch and automatic close after saying Radiant Runtime Error ? please help

He's using windows, you're missing a windows visual c++ redistributable.
Google, download, install and run. Best thing is to have all the versions installed since different applications require different versions.
