Please Help

Post by banksy »

27" iMac:
3.4GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x4GB
1TB Serial ATA Drive
AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2GB GDDR5
Magic Trackpad
Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad (International English) and User Guide (English)

or,
21.5" iMac:
2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 4x4GB
2TB Serial ATA Drive
AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512MB GDDR5
Magic Trackpad
Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad (International English) and User Guide (English)

The cost is about the same, and please don't rage at macs, just tell me which you think is better?
The 27 inch has nice specs, but i think it would be way too big for gaming, whereas the 21.5" would be perfect for gaming. Though the 27" would be good for level development, and photoshopping... tough decision, please help!

I've read something about the iMac 2012, but if you don't want to wait I'd go for the 21,5"

21.5", the 27" will just get very hot, and tune itself down. At least thats what my brothers 27" did.

I used OSX, till Lion came out - cause NetRadiant and most games did not work anymore. And even though I fixed NetRadiant for SnowLeopard - not gona fix it again after each release of OSX. Yet one can install windows on these machines... so :)
