Any interest?

Well, this is an idea I've been kicking around in my heard for a while, and figured I may as well post about and see what happens.

The idea is to have a one night mapping challenge. Everyone who enters would make a map in one night, and the best one wins all the happiness that comes with winning prizeless comps on a mapping forum

There would be no real way to tell how long it too the person to make the map, so it would be on the honor system that you don't cheat. Anyway, if there is interest, I think this could be something fun to encourage new maps getting made.

Nice Glad to see some people want to do it. I was thinking, and depending on how serious we want to take it, some possible rules would be that the building proccess has to be screen recorded, and maybe a sped up video posted to youtube. But that can be taken or left honestly.

Mh, problem is recoring programs are normally not free, they take some or much of the cpu and they makes bigs files. Or so is my experience.
Tell me if i havent tryed a program. We would have to trust each other. possibly screnshots would be enuff

Eh, I would be willing to trust people. The worst that would happen is we would get a more perfected map into the ut community the recording thing was just an idea.
