Custom Map Makers

Hello, So I was wanting to make a funstuff model however I'm not exactly sure how.... Its a VERY SIMPLE design, and should be really easy to create but idk how to do it.
Anyway the model is a simple sprite over the persons head. if you have ever been on an icy server, rambetter has one that reads 1337 and one that says Noobsy Boobsy with an arrow pointing down at the player. I would try to copy rambetters but i cant find an .md3 importer for blender. As an example, here is one of rambetters funstuff (i zipped the models, texture and shader all in the same zip for convenience): http://www.mediafire.com/?u5027m5m196o7hi

Create a shader called models/players/funstuff/kronik

Rename the downloaded model in the same way Rambetter named his - should work
