First of all those are not website templates. Those are board styles, difference is quite significant.
Second, board style always matches the front page style. It's rule 1 and can't be ignored. As it happens we are still working on the front page so choosing a board style before the FP is finished is jumping the gun and something will in the end get shot down. I suggest it's the board style as it is much easier to change and/or edit than FP (website template).
