Lore/Style info:
After the war hit and nukes fell, some towns were completely buried by the sand, dirt and other scrap that came with the aftershocks.
After some time people started to Come back and dig down for all those riches that were buried down there. They have now reached into an old hotel filled with suplies. They start fighting over the Resources.

Gameplay info:
This will be a medium/large sized map with lots of diversity, such as tight corridors and open rooms filled with height differences. Fun jumps and sneaky shortcuts.

What do i want from you?
I want to find someone that is willing to be 3d modelling for this map project.
Since i'm more of a brushwork guy, i wanna focus more on the actual layout and gameplay.
Ps. If you wanna do more than 3d modelling i am open to ideas and suggestions, this will be our project after-all (:

What will you get out of it? Hopefully an awesome map for us both and for others to enjoy! And of course you will get credit for all you've done, It will be our map, not just mine (:

How much time will we have on our hands? Oh boy, that's a lot! I dont think that Urban Terror HD is coming out anytime soon.
Once Barbatros(DEV) is done with his movement & jumping blueprint, he will hopefully share it and we can start with the fun stuff :D

Well I can't use radiant now, I've tried going back to it but it doesn't inspire me.

So, let me know what you need and I'll make you some models/materials.

I'm not talking about a map for 4.x ^^

I'm talking about an UrTHD map project (:

To be honest this project is heavily inspired by the game project (Project name: Forsaken Land) i was suppose to start with some friends but later realized i was not ready to create a whole game, so instead i want to make a map-pack for UrTHD.

So are you interested now Johnny? ;)

Well first off, before i can need some models i need the blueprint to gain the UrTHD movements, so i can design jumps into the map.

But general models to be used in the map can be:
Ordinary hotel things: Chairs, tables, chandeliers, table items, cleaning trolley, beds, TV's, bathtubs, tin cans, etc. (all in poor condition, they've been abandoned for some years)
Tunnel making things: Pickaxes, Shovels, homemade steel bars, generator, etc.
Skeletons that will lay around all over the map

That's all i can think of now lol xD

But yeah i wanna build a layout first and then customize it and add all models etc.

I've started to make some models based on the stuff in the inspiration album, just making them in blender for now.

Yes same for me, all i've really done so far is watching Epics "getting started" tutorials and play around a little with creating boxes and jumping around and stuff ^^

You could block out your idea using radiant, it's easy to import that into unreal editor once you're happy with the layout. It's better than waiting for a FS blueprint.
