Re: WaterwheelHow do I convert a .map to .ase? I tried to do .map to .bsp to .ase, but it says "map leaked" when I make the .bsp, and 3dsmax won't open the .ase I made.

Re: WaterwheelCompile to BSP *without* vis and light. Use -meta and -patchmeta.
It will complain about leaking, but it doesn't matter since you won't be compiling vis anyway. Then just convert the BSP to ASE. You can't convert MAP to anything. Rain - Blog - deviantArt

You CAN convert it into a .bsp for a big tree, you need a small axe.
