Re: Screenshots
JustMe (
) thanks. Xandaxs, these textures seem unrealistic, heh. I can find a lot better ones on cgtextures. And actually i was like "hey del, do you have gravel texture which match these?"
I'm having fun with detail textures now:
Cool shit, eh?

Re: Screenshots
A Sunny skybox would be the best I think..
Sunset on that baby would be epic.

Re: Screenshots
Hello no, no sunset. If you do sunset then the sun has to be low on the horizon, with a map being encapsulated with tall terrain and building like this it would only lead to shadows being cast all over the map.
High sun or high moon, either way something that will drop the light down from top and not from the side.
I'd definitely add some light poles, and some lights above doors.

Re: Screenshots
I personally prefer lighter maps
Looks great. May I ask how you blended the two textures in that last image?

Re: Screenshots
I used slightly different method actually... http://www.bakdesign.net/tm/tutorial/3d ... orial.html It looks exactly same in-game as sock's method, but you don't have to mess up with these stupid blend marks, and you see result of blending directly in the 3dsmax (see step 3 of tutorial). BTW, new images:

Delirium, wheres my lamp texture? D:
