i like rayne's but not the font

The thing is, no matter how you do it there will always be someone who wont like something.
Someone won't like the font, someone won't like textures, someone won't like the shells. To please everyone is impossible.
So I'll try my best to work on this as hard as possible and use each and every suggestion as a guideline.

i just feel that the letter shapes of C and M are very bold,blocky, and should use a bold font.

but that can be different for each persons perception of the letters

I'm not sure if i can help you Xan. You made really good looking vector logos last time. Your skills are top notch all you need is some inspiration. To give you mine means to teach you how to create something i would create and that is a wrong way to go.
You have to find your own style and work on it. I know you like electronic music, maybe take it from there and combine UrT with classic graphics elements used to depict electronic music.

here is something i did with the help of ecirbaf, the brick wall is the one from azurea, the shadow is from that drawing Nounou did for the news announcing the mapping section on urbanterror.info

I was thinking of this to replace the poster at jump 6 in azurea. it s a bit of an anachronism for the map but i like the cmm moto graffiti style.

1st I'd like those shells on my banner

2nd: I'd like to have a grid of GTK (with lots of random brushes in it) fading out on the image's outside, forming something like a circle

Make a screenshot of Radiant, create a mask for that layer, fill it with black, put some white in the center and blur it to the edge of the image
