Its really great! I love the way you incorporated the icy near the end! The only thing missing is a fun ending song/sound 
You should probably check all of your teleport_dest because there are a whole lot where if you hold W when you teleport, you can grab the invisible spawn blocker and climb up on it. There is also the teleport_dest at the jump where you have to jump then crouch under the barrier then jump then crouch then jump then crouch and then it ends in a crouch slide. That teleport_dest is too high so you get stuck in the ceiling. and also, the crouch slide part of that is easily done from right there in front of the crouch slide, I missed it the first time but i was able to just get a pre jump and make the crouch slide easy.
