Bind /video and /stopvideo to some keys from f3 to f12 and use them while reviewing the demo, it will convert the dm_68 to avi and you can find it in q3ut4/videos
Keep in mind that urt's avi's are pretty heavy, you may like to render them again with a 3rd party software

I think (not sure about it, I didn't make any video for a while) you can use somethink like "cl_aviMotionJpeg = 0", it'll be way much faster but the video file will be super big (and I can't remember about quality differences).

cl_aviFrameRate I think.
If you use nexu's movie config, the rendering will be even faster because all the settings are optimized to it.

Iirc nexu's cfg has uber high framerate and take a while to convert
And cl_aviMotionJpeg 0 will result in a higher quality/heavier avi/slower rendering, therefore if you want to do it fast 1 is recommended
